Speed Categories

There are 2 subcategories in the Speed Category: Barleycorns per Second and Total Speed. For the barleycorns per second category you divide the length of your clementine by how long it to peel it so you have to find the balance between speed and length. For the Total Speed category you just want to peel the clementine as fast as possible.
